Real knowledge is to know the extent of one’s ignorance.
— Confucious

What I want to give.

Let’s get real. I want to explain what I want for myself and for the world. These ideas are rooted in my philosophy and experience, which I occasionally scrutinize on my blog.

I want a world where people respect existence. I want a world where people pursue knowledge for the sake of their neighbors, bettering themselves so that they can better others. I want a world where people are invited to think for themselves.

The world is hurting and a lot of people are in pain. I feel compelled to help, to the extent that I can.

I do not claim to have a solution for every problem the human race faces, and maybe my vision is too idealistic. But surely I can go to work in my little corner of the world. I believe that the true beauty of knowledge is teetering on the precipice between discernible truth and humble ignorance.

What I want to get.

Two things matter most to me: truth and happiness.

Despite modern ideas surrounding both truth and happiness, I do not need to attain one at the expense of the other.
